Hey, this is Dr. Boris, and I will gonna be doing now lady that three months ago had a tummy tuck, liposuction, and breast implants and is very happy with all the results. She is in today because she wants augmentation of the lips along with some Botox to be close eye area. So we’re gonna do that. Now on to demonstrate how that looks.

Botox Injections
So the first thing I’m going to be doing right now is, she already has a numbing cream for only half an hour. Anyway so I’m gonna do the crow’s feet right, and part of what she wants is the elevation of the eye. If I do a little injection over here, it’s going to numb this muscle and go up.
I’ve had one woman once run back from the parking lot, saying: “Doctor, doctor, it doesn’t work! What’s going on?” I got to tell her that takes two to three days for it to begin to work and even though you tell them that it is actually one day, it clicks in. No hematoma, no pain, no space, yeah! Now we do the lips!
Lips Augmentation
We start with the lower lip. There are three areas I injected, but you can see it on YouTube, there is a lot of different approaches to it. This approaches is most natural. I’m going to do the wet/dry line. At the same time, it gives you the best results. Then we massage afterward. Just by talking and border massaging, we get more augmentation, and it’s spread out more.
Now there is something called the Cupid’s bow. The Vermillion border of the lip next to Cupid’s bow with these two lines I like to accentuate. It’s called giving a pair of Paris’s lips.
