Fillers are a frequent non-surgical cosmetic procedure, that can help you reduce signs of aging on the face. Even younger people turn to them to keep their youthful appearance. Mid Face Fillers

So we are going to do a mid face filler on this lovely woman. I could not believe it when she told me her age. I don’t know if I can say it. Yeah, go for it, go for it. She said she is forty-one. I was going to say twenty-eight, but you know. Anyway, she is going to look really incredible with this. One of the early changes of aging that we find is mid face, in this area. Becomes more skeletonized, loses volume, and makes people look older. And also, then you can begin seeing fat bags coming out under the eyelid, and so, by filling it up with the filler, you correct all that and people look ten years younger, so much younger. Nad I think that is the case, that is going to be the case when we inject her now. It is not a big deal, I have put numbing cream on her, haven’t waited that long yet, but I think we can go for it, and I am very enthusiastic to show you the results. She is going to love it. And there are other fillers we use, but for me, the mid face is like the one where I get the most bang for the look, and so far the patient’s happiness, results, it is a miracle how much. And it is very subtle. Nobody having any of this looks fake, or artificial. You know, I know that we are in Culver City, but I know a lot of doctors in Beverly Hills take people and make them look like aliens. But I take aliens now and make them look like normal people. That is what I do. So we are going to start with her. 

Applying solution, sterilize the area. You never want to inject somebody and end up having somebody get an infection, you know? So everything is sterile, and this is just some garrison. There is a great blood supply here, so it is very very very rare that they get an infection, but the usage of soap, sterilize the area. This product I am using is called radius. It contains lidocaine, a numbing agent, so as I infuse it, inject it, it numbs at the same time, which is an extra bonus. Okay, so we are going to start with midface here. 

Again, I am just going to use one unit of this, it is a CC, and I will use half of the CC on each side. No, a point seventy-five on each side. And I go right on the bone, so wherever you put the filler, it begins to act like the area you put it on. So you put it on bone, it acts like bone, if you put it in muscle, it kinda takes the feeling of muscle.

So I used exactly point seven five CCs of this product on each side, not a lot, but it can make a big, huge difference in the way she looks. Okay, let me have you sit up. Let me get some fresh sheets. Take a look in the mirror. Oh wow. Awesome. So much better, so much younger. Yes, love it! You like it? I love it! She loves it.
